lake surrounded with east Yeosoo peninsula and west Gohung peninsula
around central Suncheon, wide beach, salt marsh and a community of

international rare bird 11 species and Korean bird more than 200 species
passing the winter and living, such as including natural monument
No. 233 Hooded crane, Larus Saundersi, Stork, Spoonbill and Egretta
Europhotes, it is highlighted as natural learning site for nature
observation and bird research, site of international academic research,
small island, surrounding mountain and sea well harmonized, here is
the region that has beautiful surrounding scenery different from other
region such as west coast.
A community of reed from the junction of Dongcheon and Yisacheon in
Suncheon, to the front part of beach in Suncheon gulf, having the
largest area in Korea, the sight reed flowers openning, Sueada Japonica
getting red, white migratory bird flying, shows the most prominent
